Your boiler should typically have a life span of 10-15 years, depending on the make and model and providing you have had your annual services carried out consistently. In these years, your boiler is providing heating and hot water to your property daily, and sometimes boiler breakdowns can occur.

If you are having issues with your boiler, and have not had a boiler service within the past 2 years we would strongly recommend having one to ensure the boiler is running as it should be, our engineer would be able to identify and diagnose any issues you've been experiencing whilst carrying this out.
